Business Logic Group was established in the south eastern suburbs of Melbourne in 2010 in a view to delivering quality service and advice to small to medium sized businesses. This has come about after identifying that accountants have not ‘come to the plate’ to service their clients as their needs have changed and evolved.

We believe in good ‘old fashioned’ service and regularly visit clients at their work place to get a better understanding of their business, their products and services plus their staff. Being a proactive firm we have responded to the needs of our clients and added a range of new services. We have evolved as a result of the changing needs of all our clients by providing more than just tax returns and compliance. Our role is to help our clients grow their revenue, profits and business value as well as their personal wealth using tax effective strategies such as negative gearing and superannuation.

While our clients span a range of industries we have developed some niche markets including building and the related trades. In addition, we are recognized as a specialist in business start ups and negatively geared investment properties. As a progressive firm we continually adopt the latest technology and systems. Arthur Georgantas CPA – Director

As a qualified Certified Practising Accountant and Managing Director of the Company, Arthur established Business Logic Group in 2010 with a view to providing a niche specialist quality service to small business owners and personal clients looking at growing their wealth and minimizing risk. This is delivered through ongoing personal and cost effective services tailored to the client’s needs. Arthur has extensive experience in all areas of accounting, with expertise in taxation, business planning and structuring including setting up self managed superannuation funds and assisting in providing general management advice to business clients.

Alexandra Georgantas – Operations Manager

Alexandra is our Operations Manager and has joined the team in February 2011. Her busy position involves all reception and administrative functions including all systems and procedures. She is an important part of the business and is in most cases the first point of contact in the practice and with her helpful nature will ensure that clients feel comfortable and informed at all times.
